I had a great visit with Emily, she answered all my questions. I also found out that I could buy domes, filters and having my wires changed out every six months.

Very professional, but concerned that my hearing wasn't rated better. Although I've had ringing in my ears for decades, I appear to hear very well, or at least I thought so, especially for soon 2b 79 in early June.
