Derick is such an excellent audiologist! My mom has significant hearing loss but unfortunately also has Alzheimer's disease. We ordered hearing aids 3 times and returned them twice bc my mom didn't think she really needed them after all. Then when she realized she was missing all sorts of conversation, sermons, info at concerts she decided she needed them. Each time we were there Dr. Rick was just as kind and gentle with my mom, as she was the first time. She's excellent at explaining testing procedures and results, as well as drawing diagrams to help us understand. You will definitely be happy with Dr Rick's services‼️

She's horrible. She knows absolutely nothing about her patients and claims to know about conditions when she clearly does not. I literally left her room in tears because of how awful she was to me.

Dr. Rick is amazing! She is knowledgeable and compassionate. She gave my husband an efficient evaluation of his hearing loss progression and tinnitus, but, more importantly, she also gave him options that gave him hope that he could manage his symptoms rather than just endure them, which is something he hasn't had in a very long time. Some might think it a small thing, but to us, it's priceless! Thank you, Dr. Rick!
