Unusual for her. Had a 930 to have ears cleaned and then appt with Carrie. Done with ears 935. Waited til 11. Said I had to go and reception had no answers for the wait. Office not busy at all .

She is awesome, sweet and a kind lady. Carolyn has always been very professional and kind to me.
