I don't think I would love my hearing-aides without Carrie keeping them adjusted as well as she does. I have tried others and stopped wearing them..She is very patient and fixes anything.

With the diagnosis of traumatic brain injury, she really takes the time to help him fully understand everything that's happening. Also the way he can hear makes his face light up now!!
