Amy listened to what I had to say about being like l was talking in a hole. The new tips helped for a while. When back this week to gat them cleaned and it sounded like I was talking in a well. The aide changed the tips to a small cone like tip. So far it has cut out the noise and I am hearing even better. Amy was very professional and patient with me.
