Her patience with my mother is so delightful. she made sure we understood the complete process of the installment of the hearing before we live and offered her assistant anytime we need to give her a call. Always attentive to customer’s / patient’s loss of hearing. My Mother complained of not hearing well and Dr. Bowman identified the device issue. My Mother is excited about her improved hearing.
