He was great on enthusiasm and poor on explaining my next step. I intend to call the office on Monday to clarify what I am supposed to do. He scribbled illegible instructions on a piece of paper. My daughter is a nurse and I showed them to her, and she agreed the notes are in decipherable . I selected him because he had good reviews, but he was definitely in a hurry.

Dr. Bagenstose is a great provider, very thorough and provides great suggestions to help alleviate allergy symptoms. Staff is friendly and polite. My one suggestion would be is to better communicate where and what pharmacy will be used to call in prescriptions if not using patient preferred pharmacy to eliminate any confusion.

Dr Scott is great. My 4 year old son has been seeing him since he was 11 months old and he’s always been so helpful and friendly. He seems to be very knowledgeable about food allergies and explains things in a no-nonsense, easy to understand way.
