I was kept waiting in the waiting room for close to an hour before even being called back to an exam room. I love Dr Friedman - he was just VERY behind schedule. I would have appreciated a call to tell me he was over an hour behind schedule and been given the opportunity to come to the office 30-40 minutes later. My time is valuable also. No one from his staff came out to tell all of us in the waiting room why we were waiting so long. Courtesy goes a long way.

Dr. Friedman treated my son who has autism with the upmost care. He treated myself when I was elementary school, and I recently went back for more testing. He was extremely knowledgeable about my condition (a late-phase reaction to a medication) when all other doctors were clueless. He was sincere and patient with all my questions, and he made sure my safety was top priority. He's one of the best specialists out there, I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Do simply dont find better medical care for your allergies than Dr Friedman and Ohio ENT and Allergy Physicians. He has been my doctor for about 8 years. Not only is he professional and extremely knowledgeable, but he is always friendly and welcoming... and never late! He gives you the time you deserve as well rather than rushing you off for his next patient.
