Always makes me feel understood and is willing to explain things in an easy to understand way that doesn’t make you feel silly or unintelligent. Very understanding of the reality of allergies especially if you are allergic to animals but have pets! He’s never made me feel like I need to get rid of my animals, instead we work on symptom management and a different approach and I really appreciate that.
