I went to Sanova Dermatology for a consultation to address the redness from my keratosis pilaris on my upper arms. I wanted to explore the laser options, and Misty agreed that I was a candidate for the V-Beam laser to remove the redness. She was super friendly, very quick to understand my concerns and answered all my questions. She ended up having a free space after my consultation so we were able to start the first session right there! She also applied a protective layer of SPF after my appointment and gave me instructions for managing any side effects. So happy to begin this process!
Misty is simply exceptional. She has a remarkable ability to quickly and thoroughly understand my needs, and she takes the time to have thoughtful, quality conversations that address every concern. Her service is consistently outstanding, and every recommendation she has made has helped me achieve exactly the results I hoped to attain.
