Dr Smith authorized blood test for anemia. I had the test done but I wanted to inform her that I have thalassemia. I tried several times this morning and afternoon. Unfortunately, your system didn't allow me to get a message to her I was transferred several times but no one answered the phone..

Very pleasant, was laughing and relaxed through out entire appt.
