Very nice but not great with the details
She didn’t listen to a word I said. I wanted a way to take medicine that would help Barrett’s and also take something else that would NOT ruin my gut. She made me feel stupid. She asked me if taking omeprazole and ruining my gut is better than esophageal cancer! A good friend of my recommended her too. I was hopeful to have found a doctor who would listen to me. She said she didn’t have my records so she couldn’t tell me anything. So she was going to request my records and just do another endoscopy. In a way to smooth things over she says, “Oh, I like your sweater!” 😏 This is not how you treat people. This is NOT health care! She should be ashamed of the way she acted and you should be ashamed of having people on staff that treat human beings like this! Would you want your loved ones treated like this????? I’d bet she wouldn’t want her new born baby treated this way! Horrible! HORRIBLE!

Easy to talk with. Answer all questions. Takes time and doesn't rush visit so you don't forget questions. Makes you feel at ease.
