Thorough and patient. Provided information that I would not have known to ask about. My only complaint is a 5 minute conversation required 90 minutes of my time (arrived 5 minutes early, waited 30 to be called, another 30 to be seen, another 20 for scheduling). I'm sure the office is busy but so are the patients.
