The appointment was @2:45pm.
Taken into room 17 , intake person took vitals , said Kara will be in , she’s with another patient.. At 3:14 pm , No Kara , No intake girl , No no one.. Left in Room17 for nearly 30 minutes past appointment time . No update , absolutely nothing ! Zero
What followed is way to long and extremely poor to explain ..
Was Kara on site that day at all .
The visit ended at almost 4 pm or thereabouts.. Never saw Kara at ALL .
Kara never poked into the room from my entry to departure . Time spent well over 1 hour with no sign of a Kara !!
Poor Poor patient service ..
Maybe someone can correct me if my perception of this visit is incorrect..
