Very very disappointed. She knew in the morning my husband needed blood work when she looked over his case. Then they said he couldn't get it done because he ate lunch already. We came from Roscoe. My husband is very slow walking, hard to get going. Got him ready and came over for absolutely nothing! She or her assistant couldn't call and tell him not to eat??? Next time they can get us in is May 1st. !!!!! This is very very bad communication & very very bad patient experience!

Dawn was pleasant; however, rushed the appointment for my husband. She ordered testing without fully discussing with us. Since ultimately my husband is the patient and we end up paying for services any “options” should be fully discussed where she could provide a why she felt a test would be helpful. Instead the nurse walked back in and handed us some testing supplies w very little explanation. My husband explained to her feeling something and she never took the time to try to palpate for what he was explaining rather just breezed over and assumed. There was little “connection” from staff to us which came through as a lack of empathy and a rush to move us through. Patients should be brought in to their medical journey, to be an active participant vs an outsider.

I felt like my need for this appointment was minimized. She was not informative and her attitude was not welcoming. She acted as if I was a burden to her. Questions were answered in short sentences and I felt disrespected.

When I read the after visit summary, it said I was the by request of myself which is not true. The doctor the was supposed to do my colonoscopy wanted me to come see her. When she came in the room, she was in there less than 5 minutes, I did not get to explain everything that has been going on. We started with my history from 2 yrs ago and she ended it there, nothing that has gone on within the last few months. She then said I will be right back I'm going to see if we have any samples of some antibiotic, but she never came back. The nurse came in and said we will contact you when we receive some samples. First of all, why am I being put on an antibiotic, what is the diagnosis and and how did you come up with this? I was not examined, she did not listen to my bowels, as a matter of fact, I sat in one chair and she stayed behind the desk the less than t minutes she was in the room. It was bad enough I had to prep for a procedure I didn't even need. So disgusted

I love her. She is so easy to talk too. She gives the best care.

This was not a positive experience- as a clinical social worker- I left feeling extremely hopeless and frustrated. She was less than helpful and made me regret making the appointment. She provided no solutions and was condescending and judgmental. She asked absolutely no questions - including what brought me to the appointment.
