Honestly, I saw her for about 5 minutes. Everything happened so fast. I would of liked her 2 explain 2 me what might be going on with my colon. I would of appreciated it i got 2 see a pic of the cat scan, so i better understand what is going on. Especially since the doctor at UW Health Swedish American asked me if I knew I had a mass in my colon. No I didn't I responded. I also have concern that waiting a month is 2 long 2 wait 4 the procedure. I would of liked 2 be more informed on the situation. She was very nice & had a charming personality.

Although she was nice enough, she had her mind made up as soon as she walked in the door and wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say concerning any of my symptoms. She used information from my health history from 6 years ago to form her opinion while not listening or considering the current symptoms I walked in trying to explain to her. To top It off, she walked out informing me she would return only to send in the nurse with a referral for surgery that had nothing to do with my current symptoms. Upon leaving, I explained the same symptoms to my physician who recommended I immediately go to the ER.
