She is awesome! One of the APNs I have seen. When she speaks with you, she moves out from behind the screen, makes eye contact and listens without interrupting. Thoroughly answered all of my questions explaining my condition and taking time to be sure I felt comfortable. RGA is blessed to have her with them.
