I found the assistant who initially performed the exam to be unfriendly. Although she was proficient I felt like she was performing with no interest in me as a client or in providing a pleasant experience, she was very removed from the task. Dr. Marshall, however, was pleasant and appeared to value me as a client.

Sheron is the most passionate and kind doctor I have ever dealt with!!! I was late because of a faulty google maps directions, and Sheron had mercy and saw me anyways!!! She is so thorough and explained everything to me so clearly! I highly recommend her to everyone I know!

Wonderful Doctor!!

I got in on short notice because of an eye infection that would not go away. She was so nice and even found a basal cell on the other eyelid that she made a referral to a surgeon for me. My experience with Dr. Marshall was excellent!!

Not only is Dr Marshall aces, he support staff is too. kayla helped make it easier to do the initial screenings easier for me by raising thr equipment tables. With a new hip… I cannot yet bend 90°… So doing the test standing up was helpful. Definitely would recommend these folks!

I've been happy with my experiences at Dr. Marshall's office. Dr. Marshall is friendly, but businesslike and provides all the help you need. She removed my cataract in March 2020 and I haven't had any problems.
