I had no issues in the 3yrs Mrs Pacheco was my primary doctor,until towards the end of 2022,I started questioning doctor and noticed she wasn't the same as giving back info of any test,I had to ask. Due to me asking now she states my labs showed a positive of some med with codeine. I alrdy knew she would find a

Refused to agree with treatment for my Dad. I asked if we could possibly get therapy for my Dad and she didn't agree and stated it is something that wouldn't benefit him since he's lost too much muscle mass on his legs and he probably wouldn't be able to stand anyways. Also tried getting a podiatrist referral to an outside clinic not affiliated with Gonzaba. Since my parents are bed bound and this private practice Dr. does house calls, I thought it would be convenient for my parents to see this outside Dr. so he can come to our home instead of taking them out to go get their nails cut at Gonzaba, and my request was denied and a Dr. stated my parents needed to stay within the Gonzaba network.

Dr. Pacheco told me about a month ago and maybe two months ago that I was gonna see a specialist or something like that for a diabetic shoes but her to this day I have not seen anybody the only person that I did see was the person that cut my toenails and I would like to know what’s going on because I could really use some of them shoes because my feet really hurt pretty bad so if there’s a way that they can give me an appointment or something so I can see this doctor where it is that I’m supposed to see

Doctor just examined my abdomen nothing else, didn't acknowledge my leg cramping pains, or swollen ankle. I have not received proper medication despite what is on paper. I do not have all medications as listed on paper. Doesn't send medication when she Is supposed to. Have to call and request medication refill several times to no avail. Have had to go months without medication and am Diabetic. She does not listen to my concerns of my own body. Does not run basic tests during every visit. She says she has medication for leg cramping pain but does not prescribe any. I have had problems with her and this place for quite some time now. No one listens all they seem to care about is money along with the doctor. This is the worst place to have a pcp or doctor they don't listen to you or have any compassion for your condition or pain.

Always very pleasant to discuss medical issues with and always explains any question I ask very thoroughly. Dr. Guadamud Pacheco’s front office AND nursing assistant’s are also very helpful and pleasant.

Dr. Pacheco is very professional, dedicated to give me her finest treatment to several of my health problems. We went over my medications, explained them to me and told me which ones to continue taking and why some were not good to take. No one had ever done that. She went over the plan that we were going to do.. I'm so amazed.

I can hardly hear and when I see my PCP, I have to wear a mask where I can hardly breathe then she has a surgical mask on an N95 and a shield. who is she really kidding? who is she really talking to?because she surely cannot see or talk to me. I do t hear a word she is saying
