This was a telehealth visit. Dr. Harrell spent about 2 minutes with us after logging on about 15 minutes past the appointment time. In a big rush.

I felt a little confused by Dr Harrill’s assessment and recommendations this visit. She also said “ya know” about 20 times and no, I didn’t know! That’s why we were there!

She seriously addressed a comcern that seemed minor and I appreciate it.

This is the second time we were told that we “needed” to come in for her to tell us within five minutes we needed to go to a specialist. She makes assumptions that we know or understand what she means when she uses the medical names for medications rather than the name they are known by to the general public. She also says “you know” a lot.

We love Dr. Harris! She always listens and clearly explains everything so that not only I understand but also my 13 y/o

We have enjoyed seeing Dr. Harrill for the past four years. She is knowledgable and understanding. I highly recommend her.
