The best doctor!

The doctor was professional, nice, accurate , and did not make us wait more time then we should.

Very inconclusive visit. Did not feel confident or knowledgeable about what is wrong with my son or what his diagnosis was.

She's the most thorough doctor my son has had...we are very grateful for her care

I’ve been seeing Dr.Henson since we moved to hickory when she was 8 weeks old! She’s now 15 months and she’s always been awesome and efficient when we’ve needed to be seen!

We love her. She always takes her time, explains everything, really listens and answers all of our questions. Thank you!!

I usually see Dr Kline which I’m pretty relieved. I came here for a follow up of chest pain for my daughter and a cystic mass in her chest that I went to the emergency room for and this doctor was very in and out. They only checked her weight when we came through the door and that was it. No one checked her vitals and I feel like it could have went better.

Love Dr. Henson! She’s knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Gives you honesty but super respectful about it and listens to my concerns.

She was not very personable at all and seemed very judge mental. My kids get great grades, stay active in sports and are well mannered. Every question I answered she seemed to turn her nose up. I left wondering what her problem was. Would have been more pleasant if she’d just been nicer and not so cold toward us.

Always professional to deal with and really nice! Have been very pleased with her since day one!

She was fine. But the fact that I called to make a sick visit at 830 and was told to call back in a few hours to make a sick visit for the afternoon because “we are filling our morning up first” is ridiculous after being on hold for 15 min! I had to hang up and call back, wait again to literally make an appt the girl could have just made the first time.

She caused a lot of pain and results gave him an instant headache. She giggled through the visit. My grandson said he would not go back to her.

I love this Dr but didn't like the assistant today, she was really serious didn't have any empathy.

For a first time mom, it was very discouraging how Dr. Henson addressed certain concerns. She made it seem like we were doing everything wrong with our baby. Very upset and discouraged now.

So I came to this pediatrician when I was younger like 5 years old all the way until I was an adult, but by all means I didn't hesitate to bring my sons here when I moved back into town. Today was his very 1st appointment and I loved it! From the nurse that attended my baby to the Dr. very concerned on what I had to say and helped me out. I'm very glad to have found a great Dr. for my baby.

The best dr at catawba pediatricians from what I have seen. Patient and little to to wait time for your child's needs. I had done an over the phone visit and it went way better than any drs visit I've had for my son.
