Did a thorough diagnosid of my symptoms. I felt better with first antibiotic capsule.

As a follow up to the office visit, we encountered a problem which I think you should be aware of. Dr Eaton ordered a Cath urinalysis to be done at Spalding hospital. When we got there today, November 11, I they told us they did not do that procedure there. Had to call your office to get another order prepared to have UA done at nursing home. This trip could have been avoided if dr Eaton had known that the hospital did not perform Cath UA procedures. Also, Julie said she did not see an order in the paperwork. Apparently, the office clerk had failed to scan the order in and only gave the original to us.

Dr. Eaton was very professional and very personable all at the same time! The office personnel and the nurses were equally personable and professional!

He did not listen, he did not have my paperwork and he told me he could not get to it. I asked him for a recommendation for another doctor because he was unable to find something and he told me I need to contact my primary care doctor. In conclusion he was unhelpful and uncaring. The staff was excellent, but the doctor needs to work on his bedside manner.
