The best of the best doctor. He did my mom’s surgery in February 2024. My mom now working without any device. Was seen yesterday at the Cary location. He took his time to assess my pain, measured it with the ruler and gave me a good medical advice.

This is Dr. Economedes through my 2 surgeries and recoveries in 2020!for hardware removal for a tibial plateau fracture to a total knee replacement.

Dr. E was very down to earth. Answered all my questions and eased my concerns regarding my hip.

This was just a consulting view regarding a knee replacement so not much to report. However, he was knowledgeable and I am confident he will do a good job.

After a very long wait time, he spent virtually no time with me and I’m pretty sure wasn’t listening to me as he was examining the wrong leg at one point. I have very low confidence in his diagnosis.

I would give Dr. Economedes a “10” if that option was available. He did my hip replacement. He and his team are so kind and caring. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Original appt in November, he indicated hip replacement 2as option. Today. Relying in same x-rays, he said it wasn't necessarily indicated since the was enough cartilage between bones in joint. Felt rushed. he did respond "+" to requests.
