Personable and easy to talk to. Actually seems to want help you with your problem.

The doctor was fine. The wait time for the doctor is too long. The doctor only has three exam rooms, one of them being for procedures. The patients must sit in the check out area while waiting on one of the two rooms to open for regular exams.

Even though the doctor had a referral she asked me what SHE was supposed to do. She did not contact the doctor that placed the order to verify what needed to be done. I was not treated and wasted a co-pay. Very disappointed with this service.

Dr. Gilchrist is wonderful! She answers my questions and has a very soothing manner---exactly what I need!

I hesitate with this rating because I really have been happy but waiting 2 hours is unacceptable. Should have been told she was running so far behind and given the option of rebooking.

My appointment was 8:30 and I did not see Dr. Gilchrist until 9:40. She was polite and thorough, but she was very slow. I did not leave the office until 10:25.

Would not let me describe my symptoms or needs . Kept putting her hand up to stop me from talking. Very little explanation on anything. Meds she gave me samples and Rx on were not what I needed.. Rushed.

Dr Gilchrist was busy today and the wait was somewhat longer, but I think she is a terrific physician and would highly recommend her.

Dr. Gilchrist is my favorite doctor and I have many. Today’s office visit was very lengthy. I arrived 40 min before my 1;20 appointment, as I traveled through 3 counties to arrive on time. E-mail reminder said to get here by 1:00. I asked to make my urine sample upon arrival, as it was urgent. I was still in the waiting room at 2:00. Went to front desk and asked nicely, if I had been forgotten. Then, shortly later, I was called back to weigh in and give urine sample. Told her I had done that at 12:40. After 3:00 before called back to room. Didn’t see Doctor until after 3:30. Waited 15 or more minutes to make 6 month appointment. I was in my car at 4:00. Dr. Gilchrist apologized for the delay. I did see two very very over weight patients in wheel chairs , who both required a lot of patience and time. Both of those patients arrived much much later than I did, and were taken in so much earlier. I felt sorry for them, and was glad I wasn’t in their condition.

Tells it like it is but may not be a good thing all the time.

Alionor runs tirlessly to rescue lives and heal patients. Yesteray --- ?MAYBE? --- she was running so fast that she forgot to tell her patient that she was calling in two prescriptions for specific use. However, it may be that the distraught and hard-of-hearing stroke victim did not hear Alienor. Fortunately, her patient's husband often cheks the on-line pharmacy site and found two unexpected prescriptions had just been filled and were ready for pick up. The patient *loves* Alienor's patience, kindness, compassion, and professional excellence..

Had a 9am appt and dr was delayed and supposed to be in by 10. Nurse said Dr in the ofc about 10:50 but she still had not seen me and I was her first appt. I had to schedule care for my son with special needs which is not easy with Covid. I finally left at 11am and had to reschedule my appt . Very disappointed.

Dr. Gilcrest is an exceptional physician. She is compassionate and caring and does not rush a patient through an appointment. She is extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Gilchrist is among the very best physicians I am have seen in this country.

My first visit to Dr Gilchrist. I was very pleased with her easy manner. She was very through and clearly explained things as she went along.

This was my first visit to this center. Dr Gilchrist was very attentive to my concerns and addressed all my questions in a manner that I understood. She offered several options for my OAB condition and was very supportive of my decision to begin pelvic floor exercises.and then return for a follow up in about 4 mos. Dr. was very professional. Very impressed with the entire staff and how the appointments and patients were handled.

A very good doc..

My husband was an emergency work-in and got to the office right at closing. No one in the office appeared to be in a hurry to leave. No grumbling or mumbling. Dr. Gilchrist was patient and discussed her findings with both of us. Possibly saved us from sitting in an emergency room for many hours.

I did have quite a long wait in the exam room

She is my hero from 5 years ago when I had a urethral prolapse and none of the male doctors I had seen had a clue but called her in to examine me and she knew right off what was going on. She then had me scheduled for surgery. She is very thorough and caring.

I didn't feel comfortable or as if I matter. I felt as though I was just another patient that she had to just get through with! I need to connect and feel as though the doctor really has my best interest and I didn't feel that way at all :-(! I ended up using another doctor for my needs.
